The High School of Economics is a public high school located in the heart of Manhattan’s financial district, we focus on college preparation as well as providing students with a robust education in both economics and finance: High School of Economics & Finance

I am pursuing a doctorate in teaching and learning at the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development at New York University. My current work focuses on developing new teaching resources to encourage girls in science. The Grosvenor Teacher Fellow program is a professional development opportunity through a partnership between National Geographic Education and Lindblad Expeditions. This opportunity gives current K-12 educators (from both formal and informal settings) the opportunity to travel aboard the Lindblad-National Geographic fleet. I am honored to have been selected as one of the 2016 Grosvenor Teacher Fellows and will embark on an expedition to Iceland in July of 2016.
